Submitting an application for Special Examination Arrangements Schools can apply for Special Examination Arrangements in the year the student first enrols in a VCE or scored VCE VET Unit 3-4 sequence, using the VCAA's Special Provision Online (SPO) system. Sequence Units 3 and 4 are designed to be taken as a sequence at Year 12 level The SPO platform is accessed via VASS from the following menu: SPECIAL PROVISION > Special Examination Arrangements > Special Examination Arrangements Application
